We'll ask you to pay a fully refundable deposit of £200 when you agree to your quote, then you'll have option to pay monthly with a fixed-term loan, or pay in full during installation.

For a Sunshinen Co., solar installation, you will need to own your home, and you will need a clear space on a pitched roof (aka not flat) that can fit at least 2 solar panels.

It's important that this part of your roof sees the sun throughout the day, so a north facing roof will generate less power, and could be unsuitable. We'll also need to be able to install scaffolding below the roof where the panels will be fitted in order to complete the installation.

To make sure your panels are absorbing as much sunlight as possible, we recommend giving them a clean every now and again - the frequency really depends on where you live, and how dirty they get.

If you have a steep roof, you might find that the rain is more than enough to clean your panels so you never have to worry.

If you have a shallow roof, you might need to clean every couple of years or more -- the bird protection that comes with your panels should help to reduce this.
