With a renewable maintenance policy in place, your system is eligible for complete breakdown coverage or replacement, provided your premium remains current and paid when you submit a claim. These funds can be allocated for any requirements your system may have, including replacement costs, service call fees, repairs, and beyond.

FAQ

  • Can the maintenance plan be passed on?

    Yes. Just inform us 48Hours prior.

  • Will my maintenance plan cover repairs?

    Yes, As long as it was in working order at the time of purchasing your plan!

  • Is my Advance maintenance plan refundable?

    No. After signing the agreement you are bound by the full terms. Read our terms carefullly, upon signing the agreement.


    Please Note: If you choose not to use our services after signing the agreement, this will be classed as 'service' received.

  • How long do I have to wait for my repair?

    As soon as your repair is logged, we will aim to resolve your fault within 72Hours.

  • Can I add Panel Cleaning to my plan?

    Yes, you can add Panel Clean anytime during the duration of your plan, with a one off fee of £450.00 to set up. After that it's included for free for the duration of your term. 


    Please note: Panel Cleaning service is only provided during June to August Only.
